Vault
Extended Vault guide for USDC deposits, XVS shares, base and extra yield, withdrawals, liquidation activity, collateral use and important Vault risk factors.
Extended Vault and XVS
Users who allocate USDC to the Community Vault receive XVS, representing a claim on Vault equity. XVS can accrue yield and may contribute to account equity and available trading balance, which connects Vault participation with the broader trading system.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Vault deposits are subject to product rules including a minimum deposit and a per-deposit lockup window. When users withdraw XVS, the Vault may need to unwind a proportional share of underlying positions or assets, so settlement can be affected by liquidity and market conditions.
Where Yield Comes From
Current Vault yield is linked to protocol activities such as liquidation processing, native money-market lending and a share of exchange fees. Base yield accrues through Vault economics, while extra yield can depend on qualifying user activity.
Risk
Vault allocations are not risk-free deposits. XVS value can rise or fall, returns are variable, and users are exposed to liquidation, lending, smart-contract, oracle, operational and extreme-market risks.
